Each groceries seller must fill up the announcement form by two weeks before the market confirm their right of sale.
Announcements received after due date will be handled on a case by case basis.

Note! Product descriptions must be in Finnish or Swedish!
Note! Products of animal origin (such as cheese, meat products, honey), selling entrepreneurs have to do first-arrival notification well in advance of arrival.

• Only for animal origin product sellers must fill up this form:
  • Companys that receives Animal based foodstuffs notification for the first deliver action starting or change (pdf)
  • Send this to the First deliver citys health inspector well in advance (least 14 day before products arrive to Finland)

FINNISH REGULATIONS ALSO ORDERS YOU TO HAVE A STATIC PLACE

First arrival and the storage location can be provided at the following rates:
100 EUR / customer for that you can inform us for the first arrival place.
And there is also 5 EUR for every received pallet and 5 EUR when you pick up the pallet.
Pallet storage 1 EUR / day (Price does not include VAT 24%)
